The menu relies exclusively on fresh, seasonal produce, with a set lunchtime menu and a more elaborate choice in the evening. With approximately fifty seats and two terraces, the restaurant is open to hotel residents as well as outside customers who enjoy savoury gastronomy.
Breakfast is also served buffet style in the restaurant. It is composed of fresh produce, highlighting Savoyard products, especially local producers.
